Dear Mary,

Now that we are settled in to our new home I would to take time to thank you and Butch for your help in locating and negotiating the purchase of my new house in Alpine.

First off, thanks for your patience with me. I am fairly easy going but I can be picky. We certainly looked at a lot of “dogs” in a number of cities and I was beginning to think that we wouldn’t find anything worth calling home. When we finally did, you demonstrated the type of service and professionalism I expected from an agent. I particularly liked the fact that we could see properties on short notice. I think that was invaluable given the market I was buying into.

I have a little bit of experience in real estate and I was very impressed by you through the entire process. You were always very prepared when we previewed houses, you provided comps and other information prior to putting in offers and you had tremendous follow-up every step of the way. Since this was a short sell situation, with a difficult seller’s agent, you needed to go above and beyond the “norm.” Your diligence in representing me paid off for both of us.

You get an A+ from me as my real estate agent and I will certainly refer you to anyone of my friends or co-workers.
