Met at your Open House!

Dear Mary:

 

As we are nearing the close of escrow I wanted to take a moment to let you both know how much I appreciate you.  I am so happy that I followed your “Open House” signs several months ago.  It was a perfect way to meet you both and I knew at that first meeting that you were a perfect fit for us.

 

I am still shocked at how quickly things happened once we sat down together on that Saturday morning to discuss the sale of our home.  Who could have known that the very next day we would be holding an open house and that our house would sell in just a couple of days.

 

Your skills, experience and attention to details are an asset to any client you may represent.  I only wish that we could steel you away to Washington to help us in our home search there.  I would have every confidence that you would represent us as buyers in the same professional and helpful manner as you did selling our home.
