Purchasing our First Home

From the beginning you listened carefully to the details that we wanted in our dream home. You immediately started sending us pictures and details of homes available for purchase. When we got together to walk through several properties, you had set up an appointment to look at a property that both my husband and I had little interest in. Thank goodness for your foresight and expertise as that property provided us with exactly what we were looking for! Turnkey ready and who knew you would be able to find a townhome with privacy AND a 600 square foot patio/backyard.

 

Every step of the way you made the process easy and understandable. You answered our many questions and returned each and every one of our phone calls and emails promptly. You kept us informed of all progress and it was clear you had our best interests at heart. Your professionalism and patience with the VA lending process was something we will never forget.
