We have both bought a house and sold a house with Mary and would not trust any other realtor!  We love and value her honesty and expertise.  Prior to visiting houses, she would share concerns and things to look for.  She knew we were looking as new parents and never pushed anything on us.  She took us on numerous tours and really listened.  When it was time to sell, she gave us advice on fixes, daily updates on what was happening and helped us write papers we had no idea about.  She sold our house in 5 days and closed in 13!  She is driven, positive and helpful.  We love that she is just a phone call away and will turn to her time and time again!
